The Rosewood Active Adult Community is a scenic development of beautiful turnkey homes. Phase 1 of our community is about 15 years old and very established. Currently there are spaces available in the ever growing Phase 2. Each lot has underground utilities, the streets are paved and ready for you. We're centrally located in Washington State in Ellensburg where we are just a short drive to Seattle, the Tri-Cities and Spokane. Ellensburg is rich with history and heritage and is home to a wide selection of unique, locally owned shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.
